土鳳梨酥

Sunny Hills-Pineapple Cakes.
Crispy outside and full of pineapple jam inside.
Tasty combine with sweet and a little bit sour, lovely!
It's from Nantou, Taiwan!  
南投名產─微熱山丘 鳳梨酥，
外皮極為酥脆不消說，
內餡飽滿，吃的到土鳳梨特有的酸甜感，
纖維也非常多，但不會硬，
反映出用料實在!
我想應該很適合拿來送人。
